The Almedia Advertiser Platform gives advertisers control of their rewarded campaigns across Almedia products, including our flagship brand Freecash, without the friction of manual setup.

From campaign creation and optimization to bid recommendations and spend alerts, the Advertiser Platform brings Almedia campaign management into one self-serve dashboard designed to help advertisers scale campaigns/offers faster and spend smarter.

The interface

From the advertiser platform dashboard, advertisers can:

  • View all offers across Almedia products

  • Track performance indicators such as budget, spend, bid, and total installs over customizable time periods

  • Edit bids and budgets directly

  • See recommendations at a glance

With rewarded UA cemented as a mainstream method of advertising, it's time for advertisers to have access to a truly intuitive platform like the big players.

Crucially, the platform supports Almedia products including Freecash, so advertisers can manage all their offers from the same platform.

Recommendations for smarter scaling

The recommendations system in the Advertiser Platform is designed to highlight any missed opportunities based on a number of factors including historic and current performance, volume predictions powered by Almedia's data platform, and scale-limiting bids/budgets.

These insights appear directly in the dashboard, as well as in Slack integrations, to ensure opportunities aren't missed. Advertisers can react immediately and avoid unnecessary downtime, and check for deeper insights on each campaign. For example, if a bid is below average, we'll let you know to make sure each offer is maximizing its potential.

Market expansion opportunities

Beyond day-to-day optimization, the Advertiser Platform also surfaces new geographies and OS likely to perform well for each offer, using historic performance, demand signals, and volume predictions from Almedia's data-driven insights. These appear in your dashboard pre-configured with geo, platform, and a suggested budget.

From there, launching is one click. You can launch a single recommended offer, or launch the whole batch at once and adjust budgets inline before you go live. If you change your mind, you can cancel any launch. To relaunch an existing offer, flip the on/off toggle in your dashboard.

Improvements & features

The Advertiser Platform is always being developed and improved to ensure the easiest experience possible. Some of the recent additions we've made to the platform include:

  • Direct bid and budget editing for Freecash campaigns

  • The ability to add offers and games on the platform for Freecash with just one click, including setting up new campaigns and generating tracking links

  • Configuration of billing entities through the platform

Account system: built for scale and clarity

The platform has a robust account system built for teams of any size. Almedia advertisers can scale platform use along with their games' growth. It works like this:

  • Almedia invites advertiser account managers to the platform

  • Users designated as Leads can self-serve invite their own team

  • Leads can designate access levels to individual team members

This makes ownership and responsibility clear and our platform self-serve, scalable, and structured.

Of course, one user can manage every single campaign on an advertiser's portfolio, too. The system is designed to work with any size of team.

Game-level budgets: set it once, scale everywhere

Managing budgets campaign by campaign across multiple geos and platforms creates unnecessary overhead, and leaves performance on the table. Game-level budgets solve this by letting advertisers set a single budget per game while Almedia's optimization engine distributes spend across all associated campaigns automatically.

The system allocates budget to maximize volume and return, factoring in real-time performance signals across every geo and platform a game is live in. A built-in safety mechanism ensures campaigns never spend beyond what the data supports, so there's no risk of overspending on underperforming segments.

For advertisers who want granular control, offer-level budget overrides are still available. But in most cases, the automated distribution outperforms manual allocation by reacting faster to shifts in demand and cost efficiency.
